CAREER DECISION is a program designed for the highly valued/successful employee whose current role is no longer desirable, viable, or a good fit. Or perhaps you are at a stage in life where you simply want to do something different that brings you more satisfaction. The question then becomes, what should I do next with my career?[read more="Read more" less="Read less"]
The program first identifies the employee's career strengths and challenges and then assesses whether an alternative option within the organization or outside of the organization makes the most sense. With the assistance of a highly skilled career coach, the individual is led through an exploration process that ultimately results in a decision to stay or leave the organization. Career Decision precedes the Career Transition process.
The Career Decision Program aims to provide one-on-one decision support to the employee or leader considering a significant career change. The result is the individual will have a much greater degree of certainty and commitment to the decision to remain with his/her current organization or seek a new opportunity. This decision will ultimately benefit both the individual and the organization and will be facilitated safely and respectfully.[/read]
